For those that are just getting started experiencing Disney to those that are regular visitors, there are new tidbits of knowledge to pick up all the time.
So let's examine a few of Disney World's little known facts.
1.
Restaurants.
The Disney complex has an abundance of quality restaurants, from the theme parks to the hotel restaurants, and right down to Downtown Disney.
One of those most popular is Cinderella's Royal Table at the castle in The Magic Kingdom.
Because of its popularity and its small size, you must reserve here as early as possible.
Another restaurant that books fast is Le Cellier in the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT.
It is a very high-level steakhouse.
Narcoossee's, specializing in seafood, is located at the Grand Floridian Hotel.
It is a lesser known fine dining restaurant, and it has an excellent location next to the Seven Seas Lagoon.
For a very special dining treat, I think Victoria and Albert's, also at the Grand Floridian, is one of the finest restaurants anywhere, but it is at the very high end of the price scale.
Their online system for reservations works very well, and with this you can browse their restaurants to get an idea of the menus before choosing.
When calling in, be sure to have more than one choice in mind, as many will be fully booked.
2.
Transportation.
Another of Disney World's little known facts is their excellent transportation system.
Take some time to familiarize yourself with it, as it is free and will get you anywhere in a jiffy.
3.
Affordability.
Disney World can fit any budget.
Talk with a travel agent and they can help you get the best deals for your vacation time frame.
4.
Time-saving trick.
If there are 2 lines and you can't see the loading area from where you are, take the line to the left.
5.
Cleanliness.
Our final Walt Disney World's little known facts are that no trash can will ever be more than 30 steps away from you.
As the story goes, Walt went to other parks when he was designing Disney and counted how long a person would hold onto a piece of trash before dropping it on the ground.
He came up with 30 steps.
