How to Make a Baby Shower Card
- 1). Cut a crown shape from a piece of pink card stock. Glue it to the front of a piece of white card stock that is folded in half.
- 2). Glue plastic craft jewels to the crown.
- 3). Write "We hear you're expecting a new little Princess!" on the front of the card. On the inside write, "What a precious gift, congratulations!"
- 1). Make a fist with one hand. The side without the thumb closely resembles a baby's footprint when stamped.
- 2). Press the side of your fist carefully into a stamp pad. Make an imprint on the side of a piece of card stock. Repeat with your other hand.
- 3). Use your fingers to stamp the five "toes" above the "footprints."
- 4). Write, "Soon we'll be hearing the pitter-patter of little feet," on the outside of the card. Inside write, "So very precious, so very sweet! Congratulations!"
- 1). Cut a scrap of fabric or a shiny piece of gift wrap to look like the top of an umbrella. Paste it to the front of a folded piece of card stock.
- 2). Cut out a long "J" shape from a piece of black felt to make the handle of the umbrella or draw it on the card stock with a black marker.
- 3). Paste pieces of baby shower confetti that are shaped like bottles, bears, etc., so they appear to be "raining" from the umbrella.
