Amazing Techniques to Increase Vertical Jump
I know there are many techniques to increase vertical jump out there.
But, how many times have you finished one of these techniques and attained huge gains? These techniques will actually give you those gains, and in very little time.
I'll show you two of my favorite exercises that get results.
My favorite of all the techniques to increase vertical jump has to be the step-up drill.
If you haven't heard of the drill I'll try to explain it the best I can.
Start with a box about 2' tall and put one foot on top of it and the foot on the ground.
Now use your leg muscles to lift your other foot on the box.
Then, repeat with the other leg.
If you do this exercise enough, about 10 reps and three times a week, you will actually see your vertical increase by a couple inches..
..
in one week.
That's right, this technique can increase your vertical in one week.
Pretty neat.
Another one of my favorite techniques to increase vertical jump is squats.
I hate actually doing the squats, but the results you get can not be denied.
Squats are a complex exercise and you're going to want to make sure you use perfect form when doing them, otherwise you can hurt yourself.
Squats are great for building strong and explosive muscle.
Explosive muscle is great for jumping, thus squats are great for jumping.
Now, get out there and start using these techniques to increase vertical jump.
If you want to see even bigger gains though, I recommend you find a training program.
