Try changing your eating patterns and you may be able to get over your muscle building plateau. - You Could Change Your Exercise Routine- Another thing you could try to beat the plateau is to change your exercise routine.
A good exercise routine combines cardio exercise and a muscle building routine.
Maybe you should change the amount of cardio you do or the amount of times you lift weights. - You Could Lift Heavier Weights- If you have hit a plateau, it may be because you have gotten used to the weights levels you are lifting.
It may be that you need to lift heavier weights to get the resistance needed to grow your muscles over the plateau. - You Could Do More Reps of Each Exercise-If all else fails, maybe you are just not lifting the right volume of weights.
By volume, I mean the number of reps you do each time you lift weights.
