How to Determine Whether or Not You're Pregnant
- 1). Determine whether or not you have been feeling fatigued lately. Do you just feel a constant loss of energy? You may be pregnant.
- 2). Frequent urination. During the first few weeks of pregnancy, frequent urination is very possible.
- 3). Do your breasts feel sore? During pregnancy you may experience achy breasts or may experience a bit of a growth spurt in them.
- 4). Have you been feeling nauseous? Nausea is very common within the first trimester of pregnancy. Some may experience mild cases of morning sickness while others may experience none at all.
- 5). Is heartburn present? If you're experiencing more heartburn than usual, this should make you aware.
- 6). Abnormal periods. Know your body. Is it doing something out of the ordinary?
- 7). Have you been spotting? During the first few weeks of pregnancy you may notice a bit of spotting on your panties. Spotting at this time period is due to implantation bleeding and is perfectly normal for some. Some women may not experience this, however.
- 8). Perhaps the most sure sign that one is pregnant is a missed period. How long has it been since your last period? If you're late by a couple of weeks, it may be time to take some action.
