    • 1). Start your computer in Safe Mode by holding down the "F8" key as you turn it on.

    • 2). Open the Program Files folder on your hard drive.

    • 3). Select the folder labeled "MSX," and press "Shift" + "Delete." Confirm the deletion.

    • 4). Open the Windows folder on your hard drive.

    • 5). Open the system32 folder.

    • 6). Select the file labeled "MSX.cpl," and click "Shift" + "Delete." Confirm the deletion.

    • 7). Right-click on the Recycling Bin icon on your desktop. Click "Empty recycling bin."

    • 8). Restart your computer normally.
