How to Clean Stainmaster Upholstery
- 1). Attach an upholstery attachment to the hose of your vacuum cleaner. Turn on the vacuum and lightly run the attachment over your DuPont Stainmaster upholstery to remove dirt, dust and hair.
- 2). Lay a towel or rag over any fresh spills. Push the rag downward to blot up any liquid. Continue until no further liquid is being removed.
- 3). Dampen a cloth with water. Wipe away spots and buildup from the couch.
- 1). Mix 2 tbsp. ammonia with 1 liter of water.
- 2). Dip a soft cloth into the mixture to dampen the cloth.
- 3). Dab the cloth at the stain until the stain lifts. Do not rub the stain as this can cause it to spread.
