Eating is what we should consider in health, because how and what we eat determines the performance of our body system, it's no longer a new thing, that balance diet, is very important in our daily meal, Eating a balance diet not only culminate to the good performance of our body, but also build a solid foundation for our immune to resist diseases. Eat the right number of calories that's enough for your body, in other to balance the energy you consume with the once you eat. Too much eating and drinking will be adding more weight to your current weight, but when you eat and drink normal, you have not to worry about adding more weight. An average man need at least 2,500 calories a day (10,500 kilojoules) while the average woman needs 20,000 calories (8,400 kilojoules) you can track your daily calories with calorie counter. It's not hard to maintain the five tips to good eating, below will guide you.

.Fruits
Fruit is a good way to fill up on fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Carrot, berries, and cucumber are cancer fighting. Cucumber is also good for weight loss in long run. Apples provide fiber. Watermelon, oranges, banana, and mangos are good source of vitamins. Note a good source of vitamins and minerals is located in fruits not pills. Regular consumption of fruits will ensure adequate supply of essential vitamins and minerals, that will improve your body system performance.

.Balance your Daily Diet and Drink a lot of Water

Try to include per day, at least 3-4 out of the 6 classes of food that is required by human body. The next day try to consume other once you forgone. Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water a day benefits your body in many ways, it helps maintain the balancing of body fluids, eg Digestion, absorption, and circulation. It also transport nutrients, and maintain the body temperature, by keeping the body hydrated.

.Avoid too much Fried Foods

Deep-fried or breaded foods which are in high fat, is not advisable if you want to maintain good health. Foods high in saturated fat and cholesterol tend to raise total cholesterol level, and the "bad" one, LDL cholesterol. Foods that are fried are very high in fat because it's cooked in fat. Regular eating of fat foods will expose you to health problems such as, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and other illness associated with high cholesterol level. That's why you need to avoid too much fried foods. Olive oil is also advisable if you must fry, and it's good for your heart. A normal cholesterol level should be under 160mg/dl, if it's higher than that then you are in high LDL level, and should reduce it.

.Eat less salt

Even if you don't add more salt to your foods, you may still be consuming too much. About three quarter of the salt we eat is already in food we buy, such as breakfast cereals, soups, breads and sauces. Although salt has inelastic demand, some are still consuming more than they should. Too much salt can raise your blood pressure, and People with high blood pressure are more likely to develop heart diseases or stroke.

.Fish oil

The Omega-3 fatty acids in oil fish-such as salmon and tuna, can boost your skins defense against UV damage. Researchers found that those who ate a little more than 5 ounces of omega-3 rich fish each week, decrease the chances of developing precancerous skin lesions, by almost 30 percent. Scientist said that Omega-3s act as a shield, by protecting cell walls from free radical damage.
