Inflammation and Tendonitis
Tendonitis and Inflammation go hand in hand.
You can't have tendonitis pain without inflammation.
In fact, if you have any pain from repetitive use activities, being inflamed is the name of the game.
Remove the side effects of inflammation, and pain levels plummet.
The Tendonitis dynamic consists of various specific factors, and this is a primary one.
Always Active The inflammation process is always active.
It is an ever present mechanism in the body.
Maybe a little, or maybe a lot, but it's always in your body.
Exercise causes it.
Eating gluten causes it.
Irritants and toxins to the body cause it.
Muscles and connective tissue that are too tight cause it.
A confused nervous system causes it.
Nutritional deficiency causes it.

A major factor in chronic pain situations, of which Tendonitis qualifies as one, is the Inflammatory Process.
If that process isn't dialed down, isn't reduced, then one can expect the pain and problem to persist.
Having said that, it's not the only factor in chronic pain conditions.
Still There Even If The Pain Is Gone The Inflammatory Process is ever present in the body.
If you experience significant tendon pain, and then the pain goes away, that doesn't mean the Inflammatory Process is gone.
