Arise from your malaise and rekindle your heart and soul! If you are in a happy place, celebrate it with enthusiasm and gratitude! The King of Light wants you to be joyful all throughout your life, not during some of it. While it is easy to bask in the glory of love and friendship when it is on spot, it can cause major disruptions when it is taken away. The reality is that while this may happen from drastically different reasons, in your heart and thinking it probably does not matter all that much. All we can tell you is that the angels are working to restore the passion for life that has gone empty. You are deserving of feeling ALIVE!

What will you do to make the changes you need to in order to regroup and restart? Get focused on the small things. Even if you strip away the main cause of your excuses to stay mired in a rut, those small steps will be the means to which you trek to where you really would like to be--emotionally, physically and spiritually. Think about how perfect it would be if you could experience that on earth and know that it will advance more when you get to the realm of Light in a natural way. Anticipate the harmony and melodic sounds that far exceed your expectations. You are love in more ways than you can dream of. Let the arms of love wrap around you like the caress from your most desirable one. This is even easier if they have passed to the side of spirit because they are already doing that for you. Your hearts are lifted up to the Lord, but they are also lifted up to your friends and family in the Light.

Going forward, we would suggest to you that you regain the focus on your physical health picture. Expect that you can accomplish great things and do not be fooled by the negative chatter of your mind, or the negative thoughts from others. Spirit knows you can improve in all areas of your life. Whether you are young or matured, the power still resides within, just as the Light is within you. Start this week by writing down three realistic things you want to accomplish. Do the easiest one first, and then the others won't seem so daunting. We are confident in you! This suggestion should be expanded into other areas too.

Today, we want you to be moving through life with the love and adornment of the angels creating the wake behind you. Just as the ocean can be a mighty force, so too are your guides and teachers on the other side. You can empower yourself and strengthen the emotions of others by reaching out to them, even if you see someone as a teacher or think they are more advanced in life. No true effort to help someone will be looked at inappropriately by God and the Masters. This is your day to make a difference for yourself and those who are blessed enough to cross your path. Let the illumination of love encircle your heart and soul. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
