How to Make Facial Hair Pores Smaller
Things You'll Need
Instructions
1Boil a large pot of water. Turn off the heat, place a towel over the head and then bend over the hot steam for five to 10 minutes. The steam softens the hardened sebum allowing it to drain out.
2
Make a scrub of 2 parts salt and 1 part buttermilk in a bowl. Apply the scrub to the face with the fingers, then scrub in a circular motion. Rinse off the scrub with cool water. The salt’s abrasive property deep-cleans the pores, and the lactic acid in the buttermilk exfoliates the top skin layer. The cold water rinse also helps to close the pores.
3
Freeze water in an ice tray. Take one ice cube and rub it all over the face. The cold temperature helps to shrink pores temporarily.
4
Pour lemon juice onto a cotton ball. Apply the juice to all areas of the face once a day. The citric acid in the lemon juice helps to dry out the skin, reducing the oil buildup so the facial hair pores don’t become too enlarged with excess oil.
