How to Clean the Jets on a Jacuzzi

    • 1). Fill the Jacuzzi up with hot water that is at least to 140 F. You can use a thermometer or if your Jacuzzi has one built in keep an eye on how hot you make the water. Allow the Jacuzzi to fill to its capacity.

    • 2). Pour into the tub 1/8 cup of liquid dish detergent. The dish soap is able to remove the hard water deposits and lime residue. Start the jets of the Jacuzzi.

    • 3). Allow the jets to run for roughly 15 to 20 minutes. Check on the Jacuzzi to make sure that bubbles aren't spilling over the top.

    • 4). Drain the tub. Turn on the cold water and allow to fill at capacity. Start the Jacuzzi jets.

    • 5). Allow the tub to drain. Wipe the jets and tube with a soft towel to ensure that you do not scratch the surface.
