    • 1). Open the remote connection client and log on to the remote PC by entering the user ID and password. Click “OK.”

    • 2). Click the “Start” button on the remote desktop, and the click “All Programs.”

    • 3). Click the “Accessories” folder to expand the options.

    • 4). Click the “System Tools” folder.

    • 5). Click the “System Information” link. The System Information interface will open.

    • 6). Click “System Summary” in the left panel, if not already selected. The operating system version and service pack level will be listed as the first two entries in the right panel.
