Fast or Easy Way to Build Muscle
What is the best way to gain muscle? There are many ways to gain muscles but most people want the fast and easy route. Certainly, there is a fast way to gain muscles but it is not overnight and there is no easy way to muscle gain because it requires time and hard work.
First Half Is Eating
Half of gaining muscles is eating. Yes, you have to eat to build muscles but you need to scrutinize what you eat.
You need foods that are rich in carbohydrates and protein. Some foods you must often have are dairies and oatmeal. Oatmeal is a great but boring food so look for ways to make eating oatmeal fun if you think you are about to give up on maintaining your diet.
Note that what you eat does not have to be always organic but it is highly recommended that you go for natural over processed foods. Sweets must also be reduced.
In addition, three meals a day would no longer be available if you are aiming to build muscles. Fitness instructors would even advise you to have five to six meals a day especially if you will work out. What you will get from the usual three meals, you will lose because of workout.
Second Half Is Working Out
There are two parts of workout. The best way to gain muscle is to do cardio and lifting. However, many suggest that you should workout hard but in shorter period.
You can achieve your goals even if you allot only an hour every day for working out. Short but hard works out sessions are better than long but relaxed sessions. You can build muscles faster when you do the first one.
It is also important that you work out your entire body. You need to include exercise routines for the arms, legs and abs. Do squats, lifting, and crunches.
The repetitions should also increase over time. Add some more repetitions after three to four months. If working out starts to become boring change the routines or mix some new routines to the old ones.
