How to Make a Custom Menu on MyDVD
- 1). Run the MyDVD program. Open the MyDVD project for which you would like to create a custom menu.
- 2). Click on the "DVD Menu" button and select the "Add New Menu" option. Type the name of the new menu in the space provided. Click the "OK" button. In the "Menu Edit View" window, select the menu from the drop-down menu.
- 3). Click on the "Change Menu Style" option from the "Edit" menu. Select a menu style from the list with the proper button layout and text style. Choose whether you wish to apply this style to the current slide or whether you wish to apply it to the entire project. Click the "OK" button.
- 4). Click on the "Change Menu Background" option from the "Edit" menu. Select an image to be used as the background for the menu from the computer's hard drive. Click the "OK" button.
- 5). Click on the "Change Menu Audio" option from the "Edit" menu. Select an audio file from the computer's hard drive that will provide the background music for the menu. Click the "OK" button.
- 6). Click the "Add Submenu" option from the "Edit" menu to link the custom menu to another submenu. Repeat the customization process for any submenus that you link to the main menu.
- 7). Save the project and use the MyDVD software to burn the DVD with the custom menu.
