    • 1). Lay photo frame on table, face up. Sit metal pail off to one side or close to one corner, inside the frame. Secure with instant adhesive. Fill pail with block of florist's foam, cut to fit.

    • 2). Mix plaster, being careful to follow package directions. Fill area inside photo frame and around the pail with plaster, level with the edge of the frame. Arrange seashells, sunglasses and a large starfish around pail in a way that best pleases your eye. Sprinkle with clear glitter and play sand until all plaster areas are covered. Blow excess sand and glitter off shells, and wipe excess plaster from pail. Let harden overnight.

    • 3). Spray entire base of centerpiece with clear acrylic. Sprinkle additional sand and glitter where needed for adequate coverage of the plaster area.

    • 4). Arrange flowers in pail to match or complement the bridal bouquet. Fill pail with enough water to keep your flowers fresh. Add a packet of flower food from your florist.

    • 5). Keep your flowers in the refrigerator until just before the reception for best results. Make minipails for favors for your guests.
