How To Bulk Up- 4 Secrets You Need To Know To Bulk Up Fast
Having a big, strong, muscular body has been something I always wanted. I wanted the body that guys like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, John Cena and Mark Wahlberg have.
But unlike those celebrities I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the gym each day, nor could I afford expensive personal training or fancy supplements.
But I still wanted that look. And I wasn't going to give up until I had it. I knew how girls felt about guys with bulging biceps and chests and how much respect other guys also give you.
So I dedicated myself to find the best answer to how to bulk up.
I looked everywhere on the internet and also asked local personal trainers and friends for help.
But the advice was always conflicting and often times resorted back to supplements and long hours in the gym.
After many unsuccessful attempts and lots of products bought, I came across a program called "No Nonsense Muscle Building" by Vince Delmonte.
As soon as I started reading his website I knew that I had come to the perfect place to learn how to bulk up.
Below are some great tips that I learn t from Vince:
1. If you want to bulk up and add mass then obviously you are going to have to eat more. Your diet is crucial in muscle building and makes up for over 75% of your gains. In order to pack on muscle you need to eat 5-6 meals a day. Each meal consisting of quality proteins and carbohydrates such as tuna, chicken breast, steak, lean beef, protein shakes, oatmeal, brown bread and brown rice. Vince recommends setting a timer to go off every 3 hours to let you know that you should be eating more food. He also recommends that you should be eating at least 500 calories over maintenance each day in order to put on enough size.
2. Once you are eating right, you also need to start working out right. Vince says that if you want to pack on serious muscle mass then you need to perform the right exercises. He recommends squats, dead lifts and bench press as the staple of your workouts and also rates pull ups, shoulder press, leg press, cable rows and standing machine calf raises as vital exercises for maximum muscle growth.
3. To get that huge muscular body that will really wow and amaze your friends, Vince also highly recommends that you do cardio training in order stay ripped and cut. Lets face it, you don't want to add 20 pounds to your frame but also increase your body fat percent from 12% to 18%. This isn't going to help you look better. Plus the more ripped and cut you are, the bigger you actually look. So the key to adding lots of size but also getting ripped is to do at least 3-4 cardio sessions per week. The best cardio sessions are high intensity interval sessions on the rowing machine, bike, treadmill or cross trainer.
4. Train 100% in the gym. Every time you are in the gym focus on just improving. Train like every rep is the last you will ever do. You will be amazed at how many people don't give 100% effort. If you put in 100% effort, the results will shock you.
After training on the "No Nonsense Muscle Building" program by Vince Delmonte for a little over 5 months, I completely changed my body. I went from skinny and pathetic to muscular and strong.
Girls come up to me on the beach and tell me that my body looks amazing and my friends keep asking me for tips and help for bulking up.
My confidence has never been so high!
Overall I added 19 pounds of muscle in 5 months and actually dropped my body fat percentage from 12% to 10%. My shoulders, back, thighs and chest have also developed nicely.
