Other features of this tool include the ability to create DFS fault-tolerant root systems, which will continue working even if one or multiple components fail, and a wizard function to help you create or reconfigure components. • This tool is a snap-in for the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), which is a user interface (UI) that allows you to view and configure your network. The Print Management tool allows you to keep track of all of your installed printers, and it works with any computer that is currently using the Windows Server 2003 R2 operating system. With this tool, you can install computer connections on multiple client computers at the same time, and you can view the status of all of your installed printers. • The File Server Resource Manager allows you to view and manage the data stored on your server, and you can control how much data gets uploaded to these servers. You can limit how much data gets stored on particular folders and create storage reports to determine how much storage space you have left. Other features of this tool include blocking certain files from being uploaded and viewing and removing files that are duplicates or dead files. You also can track server usage patterns.
