How to Download Photos From a Samsung Cell Phone to an iMac Computer
- 1). Insert one end of the USB cable into the micro USB port on the side of the Samsung.
- 2). Connect the other end into an open USB port on the rear of the iMac's display.
- 3). Tap the "Menu" button on the Samsun and press the "Settings" button. Tap "USB Settings," press the "USB Mode" option and tap the "Mass Storage" option. The phone will appear as a "USB Storage" icon on your iMac's hard drive.
- 4). Double-click the "USB Storage" icon to access the files on your phone. Click the "DCIM" folder and click "Camera." Click a photo file you want to transfer to the iMac, and drag it onto the iMac's desktop. Hold down "Ctrl" while you click to select multiple files at once.
