How to Join Rmvb Files
- 1). Download "Easy RealMedia Tools" from any of the free download websites, following the installation procedure when it's saved to your Desktop.
- 2). Launch the newly-installed program by going to the "Start" menu, then to "All Programs" and locating the "Easy Real Media Tools" from there. Click on it to open the program.
- 3). Click the "Add" button in the top left of the new screen that pops up when you open the program. This will allow you to search for those files that need to be combined so your movie runs seamlessly.
- 4). Add your first RMVB file, then click on it within the Easy Real Media Tools window to highlight it and click "Settings."
- 5). Edit your file's settings within this window, including the title, author or copyright information, or you can just click the "Original info" button to have that all filled in automatically. Uncheck the "Empty means don't change" check box, which will allow you to add more than one file to the program, and check the "Paste Action" as well.
- 6). Click "Apply" and then "Ok" to leave the "Settings" window and return to the main program screen.
- 7). Add your RMVB files in the proper chronological order. When finished, click the "Start(S)" button to begin processing the video. You'll be left with one large file, rather than a number of smaller files that make a movie hard to watch.
- 1). Locate the RMVB Joiner software online and download it for free. There are a few sites that host it, so choose whatever site you wish.
- 2). Install the RMVB Joiner once it is downloaded to your desktop and open the program after installation is complete.
- 3). Click on the "Add Files" button on the top left of the main screen. This will allow you to add the RMVB files you wish to join together.
- 4). Locate the "Output Format" option on the main screen. It should be located below the main window where files are being added. Click on the down arrow and select the output format for the files you're joining.
- 5). Change the output folder by clicking "Change" to select the folder where RMVB Joiner saves the finished product.
- 6). Click the "Join" button once all the files are in the right chronological order. The newly-compressed file will be stored in the folder you chose in Step 5 when finished.
- 7). Find your joined file in the folder you selected and open it, using your computer's media player.
