Download and install CutePDF Writer.

Open the Visio drawing. From the top menu in Visio, click "File" and "Print." Select "CutePDF Writer" from the pull-down list of available printers in the Print dialogue box. Click "OK." Choose a file location and name and click "Save."

Open Corel Draw. Click "File" then "Import" from the top menu. Locate the PDF file (created in Step 2) in the Windows file selector box. Select the file and click "Import."

Edit the Visio drawing as you desire in Corel Draw.
