Look for published coupons for groceries in print. The most well-known source of grocery coupons is the Sunday newspaper coupon inserts. But don't forget to look through the inserted ads for store coupons. Magazines commonly feature coupons. Often they will have coupons printed on their pages in addition to pull-out booklets. Look in grocery, drug and convenience stores for coupons. You'll see tear pads, coupon dispensers in grocery store aisles, and coupons on products that you peel off. The customer is under no obligation to use those coupons in the store from which they were gathered. So take what you need to save for later. You can print yourself some coupons using the internet and your home printer. Look for general coupon sites such as Red Plum, Smart Source and Coupons.com. Grocery store websites often have printable coupons. So does Target and Meijer. Check out manufacturers' websites as well as individual product websites for printable coupons. While you're there sign up for their newsletters. They often send printable coupons for loyal customers via email. See my in-depth article "How to Find Grocery Coupons Online" for steps on how to do this.

Get coupons in your postal mailbox. If you request free samples often coupons are included. Some marketing sites (such as Pssst and Vocalpoint) provide free samples and coupons to their members. If you write (or email) a manufacturer to praise or complain about a product they will often send you high value coupons in thanks for your feedback. You can trade unwanted coupons for ones you want via online coupon trading groups. And, if you need be, you can pay a coupon clipping service to obtain as many copies as you like of a particular coupon. See my in-depth article "How to Get Grocery Coupons in Your Mailbox" for more help on this.

Once you start looking, you'll find coupons everywhere you go!
