Golf shoulder pain is one of those injuries and if you have had it in the past or are suffering right now you know how it can stop you in your tracks and ruin your game.

The same type of action in golf can predispose you to the same problems that an older golfer may experience.
In some cases you may be more susceptible to injury if your game is not disciplined and you try for the monster drive every time you tee off.
Excessive force at excessive speeds places a great deal of stress on the rotator cuff tendons and muscles.
If you have a history of golf shoulder pain or are experiencing pain right now you need to start addressing the most common problems that lead to this.
These are poor flexibility and weakness of the muscles controlling the shoulder girdle complex.
These problems lead to poor biomechanics during your swing which will lead to an inflammatory process.
These poor mechanics can be corrected with stretching and strengthening.
