How to Clean Granite With Windex
- 1). Wipe off the granite surface with a soft cloth. Spray the granite with an ammonia-free Windex cleaning product. Products that are ammonia free will usually state this on the front label. If you are working on a large surface, work on only a few feet at a time so the Windex doesn't dry before you wipe it off.
- 2). Dampen a clean sponge in cool water. Wring it out well and scrub the granite.
- 3). Spray the granite again with the Windex and wipe it with a soft cloth. Follow with another dry cloth to give the granite a beautiful high shine.
- 4). Spray the next section of granite with the Windex. Wipe the section with a new clean cloth.
