Subliminal Messaging or Hypnosis
Which Is More Effective - Subliminal Messaging or Hypnosis?
Hypnosis has strong ties to self help, as it is both an efficient and powerful way to make positive and lasting changes within the mind. However, it has some competition from an increasingly popular tool - subliminal messaging.
Having used both of these methods myself I am going to share my experiences on the benefits and limitations of each method.
Hypnosis: Now a very mainstream part of our modern society. Everyone knows what hypnosis is, and it is widely proven and accepted as a very efficient form of personal development. It is generally fast acting and very powerful - perhaps creating a lasting change after just a session or two. In simple terms, hypnosis works for me, it really stimulates my subconscious mind, and upon coming out of trance I feel invigorated and ready to face the world again. On the down side, you have to make room and clear time from your day and enter a trance. It is also generally pretty expensive
Subliminal Messages: This is becoming increasingly popular and more and more accepted, and there is a lot of gossip on the Internet currently - it seems everyone is using them, and people are receiving fantastic benefits. Just like hypnosis, subliminal audio send positive statements and messages directly into your unconscious mind. This is how it is able to make lasting changes to your patterns of thinking and even personality traits. Probably the largest advantage it has over hypnosis though is that you can play it while you do other things; you can listen to it pretty much anywhere and anytime. Unlike traditional hypnosis you never lose consciousness or enter a trance at all - you can listen therefore while you study, work, clean your house, sleep, and even while exercising. On the other side the changes can be more gradual, as the subliminal messages build within your mind, but this would still be within a week or two which is still quite a good time-frame to experience a lasting internal change.
At the end of the day there isn't really a single "best method", like everything it is personal preference. What works really well for one person could not be so great for someone else. We all vary in terms of how we take in info, store it, and process it.
