Several years ago my Doctor told me I had a hiatus hernia and had to eliminate caffeine from my diet.
I knew he was right.
I had to literally sleep sitting up in bed at night because of extreme heartburn.
I was literally hooked on caffeine.
If I did not have my caffeine fix first thing in the morning, I would get a booming migraine headache that when triggered would last for days.
I was literally miserable and found myself developing insomnia because of not sleeping properly.
