Disable File

• 1). Click the "Start" menu and then type "regedit" into the search box. Click "regedit" or press the "Enter" key to open the Windows Registry Editor.
  
  
• 2). Click the "arrow" that is next to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" to expand the folder list.
  
  
• 3). Click the arrow that is next to the "Software" folder, the "Microsoft" folder, the "Windows" folder, the "CurrentVersion" folder and the "Policies" folder. Click the "Explorer" folder.
  
  
• 4). Right click the "NoDriveTypeAutoRun" key and select "Modify" from the context menu. This will display the Edit Value dialog box.
  
  
• 5). Enter "B5" into the "Value data" text box and then click the "OK" button to save the change. Click the "File" drop-down and select "Exit" to close the Windows Registry editor.
  
  

Remove U3 Launchpad

• 1). Click the link in Resources for the U3 Launchpad Removal Tool. Save the file to your desktop.
  
  
• 2). Double click the "launchpadremoval.exe" file to run the program.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Next" button to continue. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the U3 Launchpad and the "autorun.inf" file.
