How to Uncap the Windows XP SP2 Connections Limit

- 4). Open your hex editor. Navigate to offset "4F322" hex, or "324386" decimal.
- 5). Change the value "0a 00 00 00" to "00 00 0a 00."
- 6). Close the hex editor and reboot your computer normally.
