How to Do EFT

Do you know how to do EFT? Follow the easy instructions below to begin your EFT journey.
Think of a negative emotion, limiting decision, bad habit or something that you want in your life that you don't have right now.
Give it a name or label.

e.
anger.
On a scale of 1-10 rate this emotion and its intensity.
1- being little or no emotional intensity and attachment.
10 being maximum intensity and emotional attachment.
EFT Set-Up Phrase Now, on your dominant hand take your index and middle fingers and begin tapping on the fleshy side part of the palm on your other hand.
Tap with the same pressure as if you were tapping on a table top or door.
As you tap on the side of your hand you say the following: Even though I have this "emotion, limiting decision etc",I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
So if you were feeling anger you would say Even though I have this anger, I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
You say this set-up phrase 3 times and tap continually on the side of your hand.
  1. Even though I have this anger, I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
  2. Even though I have this anger, I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
  3. Even though I have this anger, I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
Tapping Points Once you have said this you move to the next points.
Now we tap on the following points only with your finger tips.
At each point tap about 7-10 times.
As you tap at each point you say a reminder phrase to keep you tuned into what it is you are wanting to clear.

this anger.
It can also be much longer, i.
e not having my own home.
The first point is on the inside edge of the eyebrow.
Either or both eyebrows will do.
Again tapping 7-10 times and repeating your reminder phrase.
The next point is the side of the eye on the bone.
You can tap on just one or both eyes..
Again 7-10 times repeating your reminder phrase.
Next we go under the eye and tap on the bone under your eye.
Again you can just do one or both.
Next tap Under your nose, above your top lip.
Next tap in the middle of your chin, where you have the little crease.
Next you tap on the beginning of your collar bone.
You can also use all your finger tips and cover both collar bone points.
Again tapping and repeating your reminder phrase.
Next tap under your arm.
Either side.
About 4 inches down from the arm pit, in line with your nipples It's about bra strap lever.
Finally, tap on the top your head.
Tap in a circular direction about where you would wear a beanie hat or yamika.
Finishing Up When you've finished take a moment, have a deep breath and just relax.
Well, done you've just done your first round of EFT.
Now re-score yourself on the emotional intensity of what it was you were feeling.
You should notice a change and decrease in emotion.
Maybe you have noticed a shift in the feeling or its location in your body.
Maybe the emotion has changed its shape and size.
Maybe it has disappeared all together.
