In my opinion, growing old is a natural process that is inevitable.
Accept it gracefully and embrace it naturally! How would you like to grow old? For the fortunate ones, growing old is like an ageless beauty; whilst for others--it is such a drag and oh, so weary! As for me, I would want to grow old with grace, pace, elegance and style.
Not for me--a sedentary lifestyle of retirement; but rather, I proceed to enhance my style of beauty, personality and knowledge.
Not forgetting my own health and fitness, exercise and be healthy.
