How to Uninstall a Microsoft .NET Compact Framework

    • 1). Click "Start" and click "Control Panel." Click "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows XP, or click "Programs" and then "Programs and Features" in Windows Vista or Windows 7.

    • 2). Scroll down to "Microsoft .NET Compact Framework." This information may be preceded by a version number if multiple versions of the framework are installed. Click this item on the list.

    • 3). Click "Uninstall" above the programs list and click "Yes" to confirm the uninstallation. The .NET Compact Framework will be uninstalled.
