  Evercare Hospice and Palliative Care provides service in 11 states and is part of the UnitedHealth Group. The company provides all of the hospice services that are required by law and additional services. Evercare doesn't offer its own hospice insurance, but it does work with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers to ensure that all of the hospice costs are covered without any deductible or co-pays.
  
  

Medicare Approved

• Evercare Hospice and Palliative Care is a Medicare-approved program, which ensures that it will by fully covered by most health insurance plans so that the patient has one less thing to worry about as he enters the final stage of life. Evercare bills the insurers directly to make things easier on the patient.
  
  

Assured Coverage

• Hospice services are provided to patients who need them, regardless of their ability to pay. If for some reason a medical insurance company refuses coverage, the patient will still receive treatment at Evercare. The staff will work with patients to find appropriate insurance coverage and do the paperwork to arrange for the coverage. Patients will not be refused hospice care if they want it.
  
  

No Drug Co-Pay

• Evercare does not charge prescription drug co-pays or in-patient respite care services. Patients who need medications in their final days receive them regardless of ability to pay. In addition, Evercare offers a variety of medications and treatments for symptom relief.
  
  

All Services Included

• Evercare not only offers the services required by law but other services that help ease a patient's burdens. Some of these services are direct care by a physician, unrestricted access to aggressive therapies, 24/7 support, pain management, psychological and spiritual support and family support.
