This article will discuss about constipation problems and their causes.
This is based on a response from someone about the experience that my friend had about constipation.
She said that she also used to have horrible constipation problems, but not anymore.

Several things together solved her constipation problems.
At first, she thought that yogurt constipated her, but she was wrong.
Now she eats a lot of yogurt, especially the unflavored kind which she makes her own at home with organic milk, along with a lot of flax seed, which she munches through the day, and a high vegetable diet, with no beef or chicken (fish only), keeping the fat low and the salt also low.
Then her constipation vanished.
Before she solved the problem, she took psyllium but it was not enough, though she still takes it.
Take it three times a day and make sure you take Borage oil and/or Primrose oil to heal your gut.
L-Glutamine is a must as well.
She also suggested to try eating nothing but fish (she said that salmon and trout are the best for her), cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus and also brussel spouts.
To flavor it up, try using olive oil and flax seeds which you can grind up in a coffee grinder.
Try this for a few days.
