How to Print Photos With Boders on an HP D2500 Series Printer
- 1). Remove all print media from the paper tray. Slide the paper edge guide all the way to the left.
- 2). Select up to 80 sheets of photo paper. Inspect the stack of paper and remove any sheets that are wrinkled, torn or have curled edges. Hold the stack with both hands and align the edges by tapping against a hard surface. Turn the stack 90 degrees and repeat.
- 3). Insert the stack of paper into the paper tray with the print side down, the short end forward and the long end against the right side of the paper tray. Push the stack of paper forward into the printer until it stops. Do not force the stack further. Slide the paper edge guide to the right until it is snug but not binding against the stack of paper.
- 4). Open your photo printing software. Open the Printer Properties dialog box. Single left click the Printing Shortcuts tab. Select the Photo Printing--With White Borders option. Select your desired Print Quality, Paper Size, Paper Type and Orientation.
- 5). Single left click the Okay button to send the print job to the printer. Remove the finished photo from the output tray and set it aside to finish drying to prevent smudging.
