Decryptum

• 1). Use your Web browser to navigate to the Decryptum website (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Click "Start Decryption" to begin. Agree to the company's service agreement, then enter your PIN and Email address. You can leave this blank if you are just doing the trial, but otherwise you will need to sign up for a PIN number through the Decryptum site.
  
  
• 3). Click "Select File" on the next page. Choose the file from your hard drive, then click "Next" to begin the decryption process. Once the decryption is complete, click the download link to access your decrypted Word file.
  
  

PasswordNow

• 1). Use your Web browser to navigate to the PasswordNow website (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Click "Let's Go" to begin. Agree to the company's service agreement, then select the version of your Microsoft Word document. Click "Continue," then "Run" to launch the document picker. Select the document on your hard drive.
  
  
• 3). Enter your payment information, then click "Continue" to begin the decryption process. Once the process is complete, you will be given instructions on how to access your cracked Microsoft Word document.
  
  

RepairFiles

• 1). Use your Web browser to navigate to the RepairFiles Web site (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Click "New Order" to begin. Enter your name, email address, and Word document's name. Select whether you would like one-day or three-day turn around and whether or not you want your transaction with RepairFiles to be confidential.
  
  
• 3). Click "Next," then "Choose File" to bring up the file selection dialog. Select the Word document from your hard drive, then click "Next" to continue.
  
  
• 4). Wait for an email from RepairFiles. Once you receive an email that your recovery is complete, navigate to their payment page and enter your payment information. You will then be given the password recovery information for your Word document.
