The Disk Defragmenter is a good defragment tool for Windows 2000, 2003 and XP. It is an accessory of Windows system used for maintaining disk performance by defragmenting volumes that use the FAT, the FAT32, or the NTFS file system.

Fragmentation is inevitable. It occurs when you are using your computer to browse websites, download files, run a program and so on.
