Loneliness, Human Nature and Need for Social Connection

No matter what your opinion, at least that is what I found in personal experience and also deal with counseling therapy for decades until today. Nearly 70% of people who confide in can be traced to the roots of loneliness condition, so usually they just need to be heard alone.
Whatever the conflicts experienced, bad habits, psychosomatic imbalance to any physical illness (like cancer) can be triggered by a sense of loneliness, isolation, disconnection one of the world around it. Not to mention the feeling of high relevance to the cases of suicide.

Just as physical pain is an alarm to act (such as the hand away from the fire), loneliness is an alarm to fix the need for recognition and social bonding. Author of Loneliness: Human Nature and Need for Social Connection, John Cacioppo, loneliness divided into three types.
"There are three core dimensions to feeling lonely. Intimate Isolation, the which comes from not having anyone in your life you feel affirms WHO you are. Relational Isolation, the which comes from not having face-to-face contacts That are rewarding. Isolation and Collective, the which comes from not feeling That you're part of a group or collective beyond individual existence. "

Any type of loneliness that you are experiencing now, you need to realize that a sense of emptiness (or sick, or a combination of both) is actually dominated by the subjective assessment of yourself.
That is, even if you've been trying to get out the house, interact with as many people as possible, or busied themselves with social activities, still you will be shadowed by the ghost of a feeling of loneliness.

I always thought of learning is much more important than the solution. At least fifty percent breakthrough occurred when a person has been increasing understanding and awareness about the conditions he experienced.
