Writing Blog Posts - 3 Types of Blog Posts You Should Publish
Articles that are really good for your blog are called pillar articles, these types of articles are designed to build a steady flow of traffic to your blog.
You should publish at least several of them a week.
Now there is a couple different I guess "styles" of posts I want to tell you about, each one is designed to either inform the visitor of something or help them.
The How to Blog Post This post is designed to teach someone how to do something.
Now if you are writing this type of post you might want to use a couple steps to teach what the post is designed to teach.
So for example, if your title is "How to Throw the Football Better" your steps might go a little something like this; 1.
Grip the football with four fingers on the laces.

Move your left foot back 3.
Throw Or you know, something like that.
But you want to use more detail in each of the steps so the person knows what they are doing.
The Definition Post This should be pretty obvious.
You want to use this type of post to explain a method or technique related to your niche.
For example since my niche is blogging I could explain a certain method I use to generate free traffic to my blog or website.
The eCourse This can be a very powerful way to get quality traffic.
There are actually a couple of steps to publishing this correctly, but basically what you are doing is teaching someone how to do something over a series of blog posts.
Your title can be something like "The 7 Day Course to Creating a Website" You want to try out one of these and see really how much traffic you get.
If you get good results I would try to do one a month.
