    • 1). Stick a piece of floral foam inside the bouquet holder, trimming the foam so it fits. If you are using fresh flowers for your bouquet, soak the foam in water first to extend the life of the flowers.

    • 2). Measure and cut the stem of the large flower to 3 inches. Stick the end of the flower's stem into the floral foam inside the bouquet holder.

    • 3). Measure and cut three yards of 2 1/2-inch wide satin ribbon into eight 8-inch pieces.

    • 4). Grab one end of a satin piece of ribbon and create a loop. Hold the end of the loop with one hand and wrap the floral wire tightly around the end of the loop to secure it. Repeat on all seven pieces of ribbon.

    • 5). Arrange and glue the eight different satin ribbon loops around the outside top of the bouquet holder using a hot glue gun.

    • 6). Measure and cut the stems of the eight smaller flowers so each stem is 3 inches. Insert the eight flowers around the bigger flower.

    • 7). Tie the remaining satin ribbon around the top of the bouquet holder into a knot to cover the ribbon loops. Let the remaining ribbon hang from the top of the holder.
