Need advice on how to increase the size of those muscles of yours? That's right; you've come to the right article.
In this article I will tell you how to build those muscles of yours.
I've seen many people who go hit the gym but still have very little growth, despite carrying heavy weights.
Many people also have the misconception that their muscles grow as they workout at the gym.
Gentle men, this is not the way.
Our muscles grow as we rest, and also depending on the food we take in.
They say that to grow our muscles we should eat more proteins.
This is very true, but many people tend to eliminate other foods such as vegetables, fruits, etc.
as they eat more protein.
Yes you should eat more proteins, but that does not mean you eliminate the other stuff.
It is best when we maintain a balanced diet and have the increased intake of proteins together, because all the vitamins and minerals need each other, just like interwoven web they work together to help build up your muscles.
So now to the more practical part.
As you go on your work out, it is best when you use the free weights, though it is also OK to use the machines.
I say use more of the free weights because, unlike the machines, the free weights tend to have more effect on your muscles than machines.
With the machines it is very much structured and you do not have to balance the weights because they balance them for you.
With the free weights, you have to balance them yourselves, and this has an effect on your tendons which are connecting your muscles to your bones, which in turn has an effect on your muscles overall and tends to grow your muscles more, not like the machines which are very concentrated.
But I do recommend that beginners use the machines first, until they are strong enough to lift free weights safely.
I hope this advice really helped you, or at least in a way.
