TIME..
..
WHAT IS IT? And why is there never enough of it? I don't have enough time to answer the second part of this question but I can tell you what it is.
I looked it up in the dictionary.
Time is the measured or measurable period by which an action, process or condition exist, or continues.
My definition is that it's the measurements of action inside of eternity.
Time really doesn't exist but in this part of eternity we need to measure it somehow.
Right? OK.
I'm getting too far out there.
I know.
I wish in this body I had more time.
But I don't.
And I've wasted a lot of it.
But that has been my choice because I thought I had so much of it.
I have a lot of beliefs that I don't have time to get into but all of them say to me that time is irrelevant.
Although I should take this time to do something really good.
I'm confusing you and myself.
Sorry.
I wrote two poems on the subject.
I'd like to hear what you think about time.
I'd like to hear from you even if you don't have time to tell me.
TIME KEEPS ESCAPING A few months here.
A few months there.
A year or two or three.
Time keeps escaping me.
A decade slips away And all the time I stay In this one place Wearing this face.
Nothing to show for it.
Like sweeping a dirt pit.
My life is half way done.
Where has all the time gone? A few months here.
A few months there.
I don't have forever.
Better late than never.
NO ONE KNOWS Every time I take a breath I'm that much closer to my death.
Every time I take a chance I'm that much closer to enhance The time I have This life I have No one knows without a doubt If this is it when we go out.
Grabbing all the happiness I have allotted because this Is what I have Is all we have.
