Whether it's creams, powders, or supplements taken orally.
Many women spend thousands yearly buying products in hope of stemming the tides of age.
The problem is that many of the major make up companies know this, and so they make a bunch of different products, all saying this is the best cream to help you get back that healthy skin you had in your youth.
While you can spend this kind of money on health a beauty products, anti aging and skin tightening creams, and the like, why not start with having healthy skin in the first place.
There are many steps you can take that are simple, and take only a little extra effort on your part.
One of these simple ways is to limit the amount of sun exposure.
Wearing a sunscreen, with a broad SPF, or sun protection factor, can help a great deal.
Wearing long sleeved shirts, a hat, and other protection can greatly reduced exposure.
Cleaning your skin regularly and applying a moisturizer can also help.
As your skin ages, it loses collagen, which is a protein that keeps the skin tight and strong.
This is what causes wrinkles, so if you have to use some kind of anti aging skin cream, make sure it contains collagen.
There are other things that break down collagen as well, including smoking, and drinking.
Smoking reduces the breaks down collagen, reduces the amount produced by the body, and reduces skins natural elasticity.
Heat from burning cigarettes damages the skin around the face, and often other behaviors smokers do, repetitive facial expressions, pursing of the lips, squinting eyes, contribute to wrinkles.

Keep in mind that if you are going to use some kind of anti aging supplement cream, make sure they are made with natural ingredients, and have collagen included in it.
Since your skin dries out, make sure that the product you use has plenty of moisturizing properties.
Remember, that just because it has some fancy name, doesn't always mean it works the best.
In most cases, cheaper brands contain exactly the same ingredients as more costlier brands, so you really need to check the ingredient lists to make sure you are not wasting your money.

As we age, we get more self conscious about how we look, more so than we may have at an earlier time.
There are many supplements and creams available, and while these are important, the most important thing is to keep a healthy diet, and exercise regularly.
