Underarm sweat is a big problem for millions of people around the world.
It's an annoying condition, and sometimes it seems like you're sweating for no reason at all.
It's not enough that you have to put up with being uncomfortable due to underarm sweat, but there is also a nasty odor that comes along with it.
Not to mention embarrassing sweat patches on your shirt.
Some sufferers often have the condition that is known as hyperhydrosis.
Which basically means excessive sweating.
Where they have overactive sweat glands in the body, that produce sweat all the time.
However, it is possible to reduce underarm sweat.
First of all, how serious is your condition? Obviously if it's severe you may want to get medical advise from your doctor, as it could be a serious health issue.
If it's mild to moderate I can certainly help you out.
You want to allow your body to breathe, wear clothes that are loosely fitted so it allows the air to flow around your body and keep you cool.
Also sweat patches won't form as much, because your shirt is loose.
You want to avoid tight shirts because they make the sweat patches more visible and restrict air flow.
If your paranoid about sweat patches forming, wear a dark t-shirt, so sweat patches can't be seen.
You also want to pick yourself up a decent antiperspirant.
The more severe your condition the strong antiperspirant you're going to need.
I can say that I have a moderate condition of underarm sweat, and I use Driclor, a roll-on solution that contains high levels of aluminium chloride - which block up the sweat glands.
It costs around $15, and is available in most countries.
If none of the above help you out, you may want to find some self help books on the Internet.
They're really cheap, and can provide you with decent natural homemade remedies that will reduce underarm sweat.
