Try to focus on near as well as far objects- To start the exercise, you have to put your thump in front of you and the distance should be about 15 cm. Now, focus on that thump and try to look at that for next 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, try to focus over the thing which is 3m away from you in the same direction. Do this with at least 3-4 repetitions. You can try this several times a day and it is so simple that you can do it while taking your breathe in and throwing it out.

Zooming the Object- sit straight on a chair or on sofa which one is comfortable for you. Stretch your arm in outer position to its length and your thump should be in hitch- hiking position. Now, keep your focus on your thumb. Slowly bring the thumb closer to you while focusing over that. Again take that away to the arm's length. You can try this exercise for next five minutes as this is wonderful idea to improve eyesight naturally.

Palming is wonderful way to improve eyesight naturally. For that you have to rub your palms together for 3-4 minutes. Thenheat will be produced. Now, place that heated palms in cup position over your eyes till you feel warmth. Your fingers should be in rest position and should be placed over forehead. You can feel the darkness in the cups and this will soothes your eyes. You can repeat the process for 4-5 times.

You can also rotate your eye balls as this exercise will lose the ocular eye muscles which are helpful in improving the blood circulation to areas around eyes. To start exercise, close the eyes and try to rotate the eye balls in clockwise motion and then after 1 minute break rotate the eye balls in anti-clock wise motion. You can do the repetition of the exercise for 10-15 times. This is good exercise which can improve eyesight naturally.
