Laxatives.
Overuse of laxatives is incredibly bad for your digestive system and colon.
People suffering with constipation often resort to laxatives as a short term cure to constipation but it can become habit forming.
Overuse of laxatives can damage the functioning of your colon and your body can become reliant on them to pass fecal matter.
