    • 1). Open the iPod and make a new folder by selecting "iPod Folders" and then choosing "New iPod Folder." Hit "Create." Call the new folder "Demo."

    • 2). Open iTunes by clicking on the iTunes icon on your desktop. If the icon is not on the desktop, click on the "Start" menu if using Windows and find it under "All Programs." If using a Mac, look for the icon in the dock, which is either located along the bottom of the page or on the left or right side of the screen.

    • 3). In iTunes, find the video file that you want to use to make the screensaver. Right click on the file's icon and select "Copy." Paste the icon and rename it "Screensaver." This will ensure that the original file does not get renamed.

    • 4). Sync the iPod to iTunes by plugging the iPod into the computer, selecting the "Video" tab and clicking on the "Sync" button.

    • 5). Plug in the iPod charger and do not touch anything. After two minutes, the screensaver will appear. As long as it's plugged in and not touched, it will loop the video file continuously.
