• 1). Visit mediaconverter.org. Click "upload a file," pick out your MPEG and click the arrow button.
  
  
• 2). Pick "MP4" as your output format and click the arrow again.
  
  
• 3). Click "start" to upload the MPEG and begin the conversion. Once it completes, click "download" to receive the file.
  
  

Zamzar

• 1). Load Zamzar. Click "Browse" and select your MPEG file.
  
  
• 2). Choose "MP4" as your target format and enter your email address.
  
  
• 3). Click "Convert" and open your email inbox. You'll soon receive an email containing your MP4 inside a download link.
  
  

Media-convert

• 1). Access Media-convert. Click "Browse" and select your MPEG.
  
  
• 2). Choose "MPEG-1 Video (.mpg)" as your input format and "MPEG-4 (.mp4)" as your output format.
  
  
• 3). Click "OK" to begin the file conversion. Once it finishes, a "Download" button will appear; click it to receive your MP4.
