So, Ladies, Do You Want to Understand Your Man?
We've all heard the story: A father is talking to his son, and the son asks, "Dad, I got this girlfriend, and boy I certainly don't understand women." The father smiles and says, "I've been trying to understand women for the past 35 years, so when you figure 'em out, let me know."
Women think they understand men completely. and know what makes yanks their chain or makes them tick. Women share their thoughts and feelings much more often than men, because men are more reluctant to share what they're really going through? So, what to do?
There are plenty of differences between the two sexes, so we'll just focus on a couple of areas women can understand about men.

- Believe it or not, men tend to be more sensitive than women. Think about it. When a man hears is told that he should just "let his feelings out," he translates that into, "If I let my feelings hang out, I might not be able to control those feelings. I hate being out of control. I'll be more vulnerable than I want to be." While that might sound silly, the truth is that men don't have the ability to recover from emotional trauma as effectively as a woman. Because of this, men keep themselves from getting too upset.
- Men hate fighting. Men like to win and feels the need to defeat the person they are opposing. Period. For most men, when they're in conflict, it's not simply about solving the problem. Non-emotional conflict is what most men prefer. After an argument escalates and is emotionally charged, it's quite difficult for a man to contain those feelings. So, he gets quiet. Does that ring a bell? When was the last time your man dummied up in an argument? It may seem like he is punishing you, but he is most likely trying not to lose total control of his emotional faculties.
- Men want to get married. In spite of what our progressive culture preaches, a majority of men do end up getting married. Being free and single has appeal, there's one disadvantage:it is a very lonely. Finding a woman that a man can trust is just as important as finding one who is beautiful. Ask a guy if that's true. Just because the stereotypes show us that they are "horndogs" and want nothing more than a one-night stand, doesn't mean it's true at all.
