Create the Back Up

• 1). Plug your iPhone into your computer.
  
  
• 2). Open iTunes.
  
  
• 3). Locate your iPhone in the iTunes "Devices" list.
  
  
• 4). Right-click on it and select "Back Up." ITunes now creates a back up of your iPhone.
  
  
• 5). Click the "Eject" button next to your iPhone after the backup process ends.
  
  
• 6). Unplug your iPhone from your computer.
  
  

Restore From Back Up

• 1). Plug your iPhone into the computer.
  
  
• 2). Open iTunes if it does not open automatically.
  
  
• 3). Locate your iPhone in the iTunes "Devices" list.
  
  
• 4). Right-click on the iPhone and select "Restore from Back Up." ITunes restores your phone from the back up.
  
  
• 5). Click the "Eject" button next to your iPhone in the "Devices" list.
  
  
• 6). Unplug your iPhone.
  
  
• 7). Open the Voice Memos app on your iPhone.
  
  
• 8). Click the "List" button to the right of the sound meter to open your saved voice memos.
