Soft Reset

• 1). Slide the back cover of the ZTE C79 phone down and lift it up to remove it.
  
  
• 2). Remove the battery for at least one minute.
  
  
• 3). Replace the phone's battery and battery cover.
  
  
• 4). Press and hold the phone's "End" button until the phone restarts.
  
  

Disable Airplane Mode

• 1). Press the ZTE C79's "Menu" key and click "Settings."
  
  
• 2). Use the arrow keys to highlight "Airplane Mode Off."
  
  
• 3). Press the "Select" soft key.
  
  

Hard Reset

• 1). Press the "Menu" key on the ZTE C79 and click "Settings."
  
  
• 2). Click "System," then click "Security."
  
  
• 3). Enter your security code when prompted. By default, the code is the last four-digits of your mobile phone number.
  
  
• 4). Click "Reset Defaults" and read the disclaimer regarding resetting the phone.
  
  
• 5). Click "OK" and wait for the phone to restart.
